local and regional newspapers, trade journals, and listed in numerous
on-line directories including Realtor.com. Virtual
Tours, regularly hosted open houses, word of
mouth, and other
creative marketing methods are all standard at Pioneer. While the cost
may be 'discount' the service is Premium by any measure.

brokers have an inherent conflict of interest when representing sellers, and
recent studies have confirmed this. A study done in 2004 showed that
brokers who sold their own homes netted a price closer to ask than their
customers did. In addition, buyers paid closer to list price than
realtors did when shopping for themselves. This means that most
realtors try harder to make themselves money than to make their buyers and
sellers money.

practice stems from how traditional brokerages structure their commissions
